Exchange program  

The exchange program offers international students the opportunity to study a semester at Universidade Vila Velha. 

Some important information: 

To be enrolled as an “exchange student”, there must be an exchange student agreement between UVV and the applicant’s home university. 

Admission procedure 

To participate in an exchange program at UVV, the student must first be pre-selected by his/her home University, which will carry out the nomination procedure. 

Required Documentation 

• Application forms  
• Motivation Letter, written by the applicant (in Portuguese) 
• Proof of enrollment at home University 
• Transcript of Records 
• CV 
• Photocopy of the passport 

Semesters 

1st semester: February to June 

2nd semester: July to December 

Deadline for Nomination 

1st semester: until the 15th of November 

2nd semester: until the 15th of May 

Accomodation 

UVV does not provide accommodation. This is a responsibility for the international student. Even so, if some help or orientation is needed, the International Office can be contacted.
